   All trips must be requested 72 hours in advance include pickup times and return times as well as mobility of member. We will then review the trip and reach out to you Via phone or email.

 Rates for Summit, Portage and Stark County $50 each way and 2$ per mile

Rates for Mahoning, Trumbull, Medina, Wayne Counties.

$65 each way and $2 per mile.
